3 Individual Sessions and Book First Session.

This is a package of three individual sessions. You can go ahead and schedule your first one. Look for a session type called "60 minute session for anyone with a paid package."

This package of sessions includes an optional free 15 minute Check-In after each main session on Zoom. This allows you to ask questions or get quick feedback. To schedule this follow up appointment after your main session, look for the one titled "Check-In."

30 min Session for Anyone with a Pre-Paid Package

30 min Session. For anyone with a pre-paid package of sessions.

60 minute Session. For anyone with a pre-paid package.

60 minute session. For anyone with a pre-paid package for Individuals or Couples.

1 hour

90 minute session. For anyone with a pre-paid package.

1-1/2 hour session. For anyone with a pre-paid package for Individuals or Couples.

1 hour 30 minutes

Check-in

Client Check-in. 15 minute follow-up scheduled after a session. Available to anyone with a package.

For check-ins:
1. Describe your focus/assignment/challenge from the last session.
2. Give a report about how you did with it. What has improved? What did you do well?
3. What do you need help with regarding this subject? If you ran into trouble, or didn't feel able to follow through, what are your questions?

Coming to the check-in prepared to address these three things helps you get the most possible out of our time together.

Couples 10 Session Get Started Package/schedule first session

1 hour @ $2,100.00

This package of sessions for couples includes four individual sessions and six couples sessions (1 hour each). We begin with one individual session for both of you. This allows me to get to know you and your personal concerns. It's a relaxing, reassuring way to begin. After that, we move to couples sessions. About halfway or 3/4 of the way through the package, I'll ask you both to schedule an individual session with me again.

This package of sessions for couples includes two individual sessions and 3 couples sessions (1 hour each). We begin with one individual session for both of you. Package of 5 hours of sessions for couples. All meetings are with both partners.

Individual 6 Session Package/schedule first session

1 hour @ $900.00

The package includes six sessions, at one hour each, generally scheduled weekly, depending on your availability/travel and so on. Also available to you following each session is a (complimentary) Client Check-in, up to 15 minutes to ask follow-up questions or get clarity about something you're working on from the last session.
