Any content recorded at the Podcast Studio Glasgow remains the property of Postable Limited, the parent company, until payment in full for the recording time, post-production, etc has been received.

Postable Limited reserves the right to cancel any booked recording time if it becomes clear the subject matter of the podcast being recorded pertains to illegal activities.

Once payment in full has been received, any recorded content files, both audio and/or video, will be submitted via WeTransfer or Google Drive link and will be kept on either of these file-sharing platforms for 14 days, after which time it will be deleted. No locally saved files will be kept by Postable Limited for any period of time once the relevant file(s) have been uploaded and shared via WeTransfer or Google Drive.

It remains the responsibility of anyone using the Podcast Studio Glasgow to back up their data.

USE OF ALCOHOL IN THE STUDIO:

The use of alcohol in the studio is expressly forbidden due to Health and Safety reasons. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, you agree that no alcohol will be brought into the studio and/or consumed in the studio.

We reserve the right to deny entry into the studio to any client who arrives under the influence of alcohol, which would result in the booking being cancelled. Studio personnel reserve the right to reschedule the booking or cancel the booking with no refund.

PLEASE NOTE: your recording time starts at the time you've stated the booking should commence.

A delay in starting the recording that is not related to any technical issue remains your responsibility. For example, arriving with more guests than stated or requesting to change recording sets upon arrival, may result in a delay in your recording start time.

Extensions to your recording time to facilitate these changes may not be possible and are at the studio personnel's sole discretion.

Delays due to technical issues are the responsibility of the Podcast Studio Glasgow, and every effort will be made to extend your recording time to make up for this.

At the end of your agreed recording period, we will notify you of this. We're grateful to our clients for their consideration of other customers in this regard.

All sales are final. No refunds will be offered. If a recording session does not go to plan or you are unhappy with the content you've recorded, no refund will be offered. It remains your responsibility to be ready to use the booked time to record your content. The only exception to this is due to any technical failure or issue with the hardware provided by the Podcast Studio Glasgow. In this case, a full refund will be offered, or an alternative recording date and time will be offered in lieu of a refund.

The time booked can be extended upon request, assuming there is free time available after your booked slot. However, this cannot be guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate your request. Payment for any additional time offered must be made while you are in the studio. Details to do this will be made available.

IMPORTANT:

Do not arrive more than 5 minutes before your booked recording slot. Upon arrival, please text 0759 5253562 or 07456 822422. We will then open the studio for you.
