We will begin the session by connecting to the wisdom of your body through guided movement and meditation. We will then work to release emotions within the body through the three part pranayama breath method. Through this ancient method we are able to access our inner wisdom and find coherence with our minds, bodies and soul. It can be especially potent to be guided through this process. To have someone hold space for your emotions, your release and liberation.

Receive 1:1 guidance for ballet, modern or contemporary dance (you decide). This class we will begin by identifying what your intentions are for your movement practice. Then you will be guided through a personalized warm-up, dance technique and dance improvisation to foster creativity, flexibility, strength, stability and freedom within the mind, body and soul.
