During this introductory session you will be given Distance Reiki over Zoom. Distance Reiki provides all the benefits of hands-on Reiki work, without the commute or leaving your own familiar surroundings.

You get: an overview of Reiki and what to expect, an arrival meditation, Reiki work, a gentle return to the present, and we finish with an optional chat about what may have come up during the session for either of us. Aftercare instructions and post-session access to me for any questions are included.
