This is a great option to begin with and get you started with the Ocean Walker Technique. You will learn how to position your body in the water to swim more efficiently and Adam will give you stages to work on ready for your next session.

You can also book this option as a longer follow-up session.

(OPT 3) FOLLOW-UP SESSION for 1 with Adam Walker

FOLLOW UP SESSION, in an indoor heated endless pool.

(OPT 4) STARTER SESSION "THE WORKS" for 2 with Adam Walker

Bookings for 2 must be paid for in full by one person at the time of booking (there is not the option to book and split payment, you can sort this out between you afterward if needed).

(OPT 5) FOLLOW-UP SESSION for 2 with Adam Walker

FOLLOW UP SESSION for 2 people, in an indoor heated endless pool.
INCLUDES 3HRS SWIM COACHING WITH ADAM WALKER AND VIDEO ANALYSIS. 2 people sharing a session at the same time. One person to book the session and pay in full.

This session time is not suitable for 2 people who have not had a lesson before. If you are new to the technique, please select a STARTER session.

(OPT 6) 1 HOUR OCEAN WALKER TECHNIQUE SESSION with Adam Walker

1 hour @ £150.00

A great option for regular learning, or follow-up sessions.
To learn the Ocean Walker Technique requires 3-5 hours to get through the fundamentals of the swim stroke, BUT for those who need to budget their time and money, this option means you can book 1 hour at a time.
*Please note, if you are looking to learn the OWT an hour at a time, you will require more than one session.

(OPT 7) 1 HOUR SWIMMING LESSON - BREASTSTROKE with Adam Walker

Learn the Ocean Walker Technique from the creator and Record Breaking open water swimmer: Coach Adam Walker! Your 1-1 lesson with Adam is 1 hour talking through your swimming goals and Adam will review and analyse the video footage you have sent us online with you during your session.
