My Approach
My therapy approach is a Mindfulness-Based intervention utilizing Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy as well as Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness. Mindfulness therapy focuses on learning how to be more aware of thoughts, feelings, emotions, surroundings, and situations but learning through breathing technique’s, how to reduce automatic response and become less reactive. My goal is to increase people’s presence, peace in themselves, their confidence and resiliency.
