Sour beers represent a flavor range unique in the world of adult beverages. They also can serve as a creative backdrop for some truly unique beer experiences. This class will cover sours from the traditional barrel-aged roots of the style to today's contemporary kettle sours.

Classes include a welcome beer and six 5 ounce tasters of different beers depending on the day's topic.

​Reserve one of our outdoor Happy Domes (4 geodesic domes in our beer garden). Each reservation is for 2 hours. The $25 fee is for the rental of the dome and does not include drinks or food.

We suggest arriving 5-10 minutes early to check in so you can enjoy your full two hours. When you arrive, please talk to one of the bartenders before entering so we can make sure that you are assigned the correct dome.

The domes have a heater but please dress for the outdoor Wisconsin weather and please reach ou
