Deposit: A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT OF $20 IS REQUIRED WHEN BOOKING APPOINTMENTS.This deposit will go towards your service balance. (Please send this deposit via CASH APP $theillestnailz) Your appointment is not booked without a deposit
After the appointment is booked I will send a REMINDER TEXT 24 hours BEFORE your appointment. The salon address will be provided in the appointment reminder text.

if you have more than 2 nails missing you are required to get a new set
Payment: Your remaining balance must be paid in CASH or ZELLE ONLY.
Late Policy: There is a 15 MINUTE grace period. There is a $10 LATE FEE after every 15 minutes after the grace period. After 30 minutes your appointment is CANCELED. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE communicate if you know you are going to be late.
AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS: If you need an appointment AFTER my regularly scheduled hours contact me directly via instagram @theillest.nailz there is a $20 EXTRA FEE for AFTER HOURS APPOINTMENTS
