OUR POLICIES:

APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

· If you fail to keep your scheduled appointment or neglect to cancel the appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice (unless there is an emergency), you will be charged a fee of $100. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you.

· If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice on 2 occasions within the past year, you will be discharged from the practice.

· If you are late for a visit, you may lose some of the time reserved for you. Your scheduled treatment may not be able to be completed and you may be charged a late cancellation fee of $100 if you are more than 5 minutes late.

Acupuncture for Relaxation

This Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment applies single-use sterile very, very tiny needles to the ears, and optionally to key points on the face and body, to promote the balanced flow of chi throughout the energetic meridians of the body and mind.

This is an excellent non-medication option to reduce stress!

In the case of late cancellation (< 48 hrs) or no show, you will be charged $50 to your credit card.
