OUR POLICIES:

APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

· If you fail to keep your scheduled appointment or neglect to cancel the appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice (unless there is an emergency), you will be charged a fee of $100. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you.

· If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice on 2 occasions within the past year, you will be discharged from the practice.

· If you are late for a visit, you may lose some of the time reserved for you. Your scheduled treatment may not be able to be completed and you may be charged a late cancellation fee of $100 if you are more than 5 minutes late.

$350 per treatment to one area
$975 for three treatments to one area (save $75)

$100 add on pore shrinking with 10 units of tox
$200 add on acne scar healing boost with 20 units tox

$100 per additional treatment area per treatment
