SELECTING YOUR SERVICE
If this is your first time receiving aesthetic services at POSH, please reserve your appointment under "All New Clients" and complete the required skin & health history forms. Current photos of your skin are encouraged (but not required). Your treatment will be customized according to your primary skin goals and the condition of your skin at the time of service.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty. You may manage your appointment online using the link included in your booking confirmation email.
If you must cancel or reschedule within less than 24 hours, please call the POSH office at 682-400-2152. A $50 non-refundable late cancellation fee will apply.
COVID-19 POLICY
When you book an appointment, you must complete a questionnaire related to potential COVID-19 exposure. You are required to reschedule if any of your responses have changed by the time of your actual appointment. By going forward with your appointment, you confirm that your responses are still accurate at the time of your service.
