NO CALL / NO SHOW POLICY
No call / No show appointments will incur a fee of the full amount of service(s) booked. Failure to cancel, keeping the appointment and not showing up will be considered NO CALL / NO SHOW. Client will automatically debited the fee on the card on file within 24 hours. If card on file is declined, CLIENT WILL BE BLOCKED FROM BOOKING FUTURE APPOINTMENTS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
CLIENTS THAT ARE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE WILL NOT BE SEEN AND WILL BE COUNTED AS NO CALL / NO SHOW.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations and rescheduling must be done online on the booking site 24 HOURS prior to your Scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than a 24 hour notice (via call / text) & LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS will be automatically debited 100% of the service(s) booked on card on file. If card on file is declined, you will be blocked from making future appointments until fee is paid.
