Our business works on a scheduled appointment basis.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. A one-time cancellation fee waiver is provided, where customers can cancel a session within less than 48 hours, at no additional charge. After that, a $35 rescheduling fee will be applied to your account in addition to the service fee described below.
Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will incur a charge equal to 50% of the service fee, either to your credit card on file or added to your next appointment. Cancellations within less than 24 hours are subject to the full amount of the service fee.
