A Chinese style deep tissue massage either done on a couch or the floor mat. Works to release knots, improve mobility, and increase circulation. It is done using stretching, rotating, trigger point acupuncressure, and a variety of other techniques. Cupping is often used as part of the session, so if you would like this please let us know in your intake form so they can be prepared.

Based on ancient Chinese medicinal techniques Acupuncture is well known for its use in the treatment of many physical and mental health conditions. Each session is an hour long and may also include Dry Cupping, Gua She, and Tuina depending on the clients needs.

Tui-Na is based on ancient Chinese practices and involves techniques honed over thousands of years. Through its use of acupressure points and limb/muscle manipulation you'll find the benefits insurmountable.

Sports Massage is designed to help those with an injury due to sports/accident/illness recover mobility within the specific area. This is quite a deep massage and some light bruising may occur due to the treatment process.

Reflexology uses acupressure points to treat a variety of conditions. There are several types of reflexology and each works on the same principles of massaging the acupressure points. Our therapists have different treatment modalities so make sure you book the one you desire:
Sharon and Lea: Both therapists use the western approach and only perform reflexology on the feet.
James: James uses the full Traditional Chinese Medicine system and performs Reflexology on Feet, Face, and Hands depending on need.

Herbal Medicine is the oldest form of medicine and can achieve many of the same results as many modern treatments. Each appointment will include a lengthy consultation and a 4 week supply of herbal medicine in Tincture Form. (alcohol extract).

There are two forms of lymphatic massage.
The first is for those who have a physiological condition that requires lymphatic drainage. These appointments are often on a monthly/weekly basis.
The second type is for post surgical recovery and are usually weekly for a period of 6 weeks.

Gua-Sha is a form of massage/acupressure using blunt instruments to massage the area. These will often use special blades, rollers, and compresses to achieve the desired result.
