This treatment will primarily include cupping which promotes healing, decreases inflammation, and decreases pain by bringing blood flow to the area. Cupping also assists in releasing superficial tissue restrictions that can cause pain and immobility. This treatment will also include some hand on manual therapy such as stretching and deep tissue and joint mobilization. The session will end with a home exercise program of a few exercises specific to your needs.
