Landscape Ontario is hosting On-The-Job Training (OJT) Workshops to employers and trainers. These workshops are FREE to employers, supervisors and trainers as part of our commitment to helping create a high quality workforce for the growing horticulture industry.
These workshops will apply industry proven practices that will lead to quicker training, more effective and productive apprentices and trainees, and improved safety and quality standards.
Please, no more than 3 employees per company.
