All Packages are valid for the length of 6 Months. Any appointments which have not been booked will be forfeited. You are still able to book your appointments that exceed the 6 month limit please ensure you have made your final booking before the expiry date to avoid losing appointments.

COVID-19
Your Health and Safety is of upmost importance to us which is why all of our practitioners will be covid tested regularly to minimise the risk and spread of the virus. If at any point before the booking you have come down or been in contact with anyone experiencing COVID symptoms please contact us immediately.

Cancellation/Rescheduling:

A 48 hour notice period will be needed to cancel or reschedule without losing your deposit.
Rescheduling within 24 hours of the treatment will result in a non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations within 24 hours prior to your booking will result in 50% of the treatment to be paid.

Lateness:

Lateness will not result in additional time added to your booking. Please have the available space any equipment (e.g. Towels) ready upon arrival. If at any point the practitioner is arriving late you will be contacted in sufficient time, this will not affect the time of your booking.
