There are two types of appointments available for booking. One is in person visit and the other is telephone consult for Texas only. Make sure you choose appropriately. Please give us a call if you can't find an appointment slot that works for you. We will make every effort to make same day appointments available. After booking your appointment, register the patient in need of consult at our website IF you have never registered. Do not register again if you have registered in the past. If you are a parent making an appointment for your child(ren), the registration questions apply to your child(ren). WHEN YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, WRITE THE NAME OF THE PATIENT NOT THE NAME OF THE PARENT. *No shows or cancellations less than 8hrs prior to appts are subject to $50 cancellation fee per appointment.
