Things to know before booking
Booking/ Availability: All appointments must be booked ONLINE. No exceptions. You are welcome to come as a walk-in, but may only be serviced if time permits. If your desired time is not avail, please text me with desired date & time of day. I will respond with further instructions.
Deposits: All services require non-refundable deposit at time of booking. Be deposit ready when booking. Deposit will be applied to balance. Deposit will be lost when cancelling or rescheduling. I do not recommend paying full amount at time of booking, but you are welcome, HOWEVER the same rules apply. Paying in full does not warrant refunding or rescheduling if you cannot attend for any reason.
Appointment Time: Please do not book appointments under tight time constraints. An appointment time, and the duration is an estimate and may vary. There are many variables that can affect your scheduled/ finish time. Please plan accordingly. If you choose to cancel due to scheduling issues your deposit will not be refunded.
Pricing: All prices are listed & are not negotiable. I am fair. If I deem that there should be a price adjustment to your service, I will accommodate without being asked.
Changing Services: If you decide to change a service at the time of service you will be charged a cancellation for that service.
Service Description/ Prep: Please read the service description. If you have questions you are welcome to ask. All braid services require arrival with hair washed and blow dried, free of product, and able to be combed without tangling from roots to ends. Failing to do so will result in additional charge and/or cancellation. I also do not service work done by other stylists (i.e. weaves, braids).
Children: Children are not allowed unless receiving services. I do not service children under 12.
Severing Business Relationships: (I'd hate to but) If for any reason I decide to discontinue rendering services, I will not inform you. I will disable your ability to book & all contact.
