Consultation is NOT supervision and is not intended to replace supervision nor will it count toward supervision hours submitted to any licensing entity.
Confidentiality is paramount and required on all cases discussed, relative to discussion held and cases reviewed. Please share only necessary information and maintain signed releases for clients discussed in meetings.
Approved Consultant will maintain a record of hours completed.
The cost will be $75 individual/$60 per 2-hour group.
Cancellation requires 24 hours advance notice. If less than 24 hours notice Approved Consultant reserves the right to charge a $20 reservation fee for each individual hour and $10 for each group hour. A valid credit card is required to be on file. Charges will appear on the credit card statement descriptor as :COUNSELING/CONSULTATION. Disputed credit card fees will be charged a $15 service fee and any refunds will incur at 6% service fee. Unpaid balances may result in the removal of (or refusal of Consultant to document) documented hours.
