Looking into new bikes? Really happy with your present position on the bike? Let us help make sure you purchase the right size bike before you invest in a new machine. As long as you have been properly fit on your present bike, we can take stack and reach measurements off of your present bike and compare it to any new bike you are considering to help you choose the best option that will suit your needs and best mimic your present position. $50 of the cost can be applied toward a full bike fit.

Maximize comfort, increase your efficiency, and decrease your risk of injury with proper positioning on your Peloton Bike. During the fitting process we will be properly adjusting your shoes, saddle, and bars with our video analysis system. We will also be checking for flexibility limitations that could help unlock your full potential.

This is NOT for new bikes or new equipment.
If you had a previous fit with us on the exact same bike and think something has moved. Or you had the bike worked on and it just doesn't feel the same. We can check it over and reset the fit in about 30-45 min. If equipment has been changed, the cost is either $100/hr or the full price of a bike fit, whichever is less.

So much data and information comes through this exercise based ramp test. Lung capacity, oxygen delivery, VO2 max, calorie burn at all intensity levels, accurate zone development, fat and carbohydrate utilization, fat/carb crossover point...the list goes on! We will determine your limiters and prescribe training to help you turn those limiters into strengths.

This service begins with a Resting Metabolic Rate test (10 minutes) followed by an exercise based ramp test. We STRONGLY encourage this product vs only testing RMR or VO2. The more data you have the better your training will become!
