Cancelations within 72 hours of service are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling. We keep costs low, and prices low, in part by filling every available cage space.

Your animal MUST have an empty stomach for surgery. Food in the stomach under anesthesia can cause choking and death. So no food from 6pm the night before, and no water from 8pm. If your animal gets into food in the morning, surgery CANNOT be performed, but there is no refund. It is your responsibility to prevent your animal from eating before surgery.
