Slots are released on a weekly basis, if you do not see any slots vacant then I am fully booked. For urgent bookings feel free to whats app my team on 07591480116. Include your full name, the service, date and time. I do not charge extra for urgent bookings (bookings made under 48 hours notice)
Please read through all the important information I have listed below prior to you booking any service with me and ensure you have fully understood the T&Cs.
Services are based in a beauty studio in North London (N7 Islington Borough). Closest tube link is Finsbury park station. Mobile bookings are available upon request. Please what's app to confirm.
Monday - Saturday between 07:00 - 21:00pm
Please note hours between 07:00-10:00 and 18:00-21:00 are premium appointments
COVID-19 : I am taking extra precautions to ensure both you and myself are reducing risks of infection during these unprecedented times. If you have developed symptoms of COVID-19 you must not attend your appointment and follow government guidelines. Face masks are not compulsory and are at the service users discretion. Please note for some services you cannot wear a face mask e.g Makeup. Furthermore you will required to sanitise your hands upon arrival.
Appointments before 10:00 am and 18:00 pm onwards incur an extra fee of £20.00
If a premium slot is not visible, please email or what's app the team as I may be able to create a slot for you depending on availability.
A £20 deposit is required to secure an appointment, if the service is under £20, then full payment is required. You will receive a confirmation email once the deposit has been paid. The deposit total is deducted from the cost of service and the outstanding balance is to be paid in either cash upon arrival before the service can begin. I do not accept bank transfers.
Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE in an event of you cancelling your appointment. This includes full payments made prior to your appointment. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, this must be done with a minimum of 48 hours notice and your new appointment must be rescheduled within a turn over of 30 days from the original appointment date. Subject to appointment availability.
If you fail to give 48 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited and will need to book a new appointment and pay a new deposit again should you wish to re-book.
In an event that I cancel your appointment, you will be refunded your deposit automatically.
Preparation before your appointment:
Please arrive to all appointments with a clean face, oil free and no makeup. If you are attending a makeup appointment, please have your eyebrows pre groomed/shaped.
If you have a eyelash appointment, you will be required to remove your shoes before laying on the service bed, this is to ensure we maintain cleanliness for all clients. Bring along socks, should you feel uncomfortable showing your feet. We may have disposable slippers available on the day.
Please do not attend your appointment if you have a contagious infections on the skin/face, open wounds included.
E.g Impetigo, ringworm, shingles , scabies ,eye and fungal infections. If unsure, please seek medical advice.
I do not fill in the work of other lash technicians/ beauticians overall.
I am based in North London (N7) however the full address will be sent out a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment. In most cases you will recieve the address automatically.
I do not perform services to anyone under the age of 18, please ensure you're able to provide ID upon arrival if asked. Provisional, official driving licences and passports are accepted as proof of age.
I highly recommend for all new clients to have a patch test done before an appointment for either eyelash or makeup services. This is so I know what products to avoid using during your appointment or know whether it is safe for your appointment to go ahead in general. Patch tests need to be performed a minimum of 24- 48 hours before your appointment, so we can identify if you have a negative reaction to the products used, particularly with the adhesives.
If you do not book a patch test, you will be required to sign a waiver/disclaimer form before we can start your appointment. Please note waiver/disclaimer forms are only available for makeup appointments. All lash services require a patch test.
Please ensure you plan your journey in advance with the 48 hours address confirmation. I am aware traffic and other factors come into play and therefore will provide a grace period of 15 minutes to arrive to your appointment. You must notify me if you're running late, the following lateness will incur extra fees.
15 minutes or more : £20
After 30 minutes, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and you will lose your deposit. Should you wish to be seen you will need to book a new appointment again.
No shows will be blacklisted from future services.
No plus ones under any circumstances, this includes children and pets.
Infills must be installed within 2 -3 weeks and you must have at least 50% of lash extensions present. If unsure, please email a picture of your set currently for further advise of what service is appropriate to book. If you arrive with less than the 50%, you will be charged the cost of a full set.
I reserve the rights to refuse service to any client who does not comply with the terms and conditions, behaving improper, intoxicated or their state of health may influence the effects of service.
