Until further notice Suzi D'offay services are conducted online via video and audio platforms such as Zoom, Skype, GoogleMeet, Telegram, WhatsApp, and FaceTime.

For consistency you agree to the initial recommended 3 weekly sessions. It is unacceptable to say you will book a session and see how it goes. Counselling requires commitment and engagement to be effective. Following the first 3 initial sessions, we can further discuss your needs in the free 30mins follow up session included, then you are free to choose your frequency as needed should you decide you need more sessions.
You agree to discuss and consent to the consulting of family members or key persons in case of emergencies, such as threat to self or others. Emergency sessions can be booked as per calendar availability.

For deep and intensive work it is (recommended) you keep frequency of sessions to weekly or fortnightly intervals, however you are free to choose and spread your sessions to the frequency that feels right for you. There is no expiry date on this package.

You can cancel an appointment up to 24hrs before the start of session, for rescheduling. All Suzi D'offay services are prepaid. Once completed, there are no refunds, so please make sure you are happy to go ahead before you pay. If you sign up to any of the service on this website, you are agreeing to completing all sessions and agreements made.
You accept responsibility and accountability for your well-being, choices and decisions and how you choose to implement change, and progress. You can discontinue with the service at any time.

Although the connection can feel personal and casual, 'Counselling and coaching' are professional relationships that exist in agreement during appointed sessions. The intention of the relationship is to put you at the centre, and support you in fostering healthier relational, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health experiences, in resolving your presented concerns, and to help you create the life you want, and other personal goals, carry out a strategy/ plan/action for achieving those goals.
Life coaching is comprehensive and may involve exploration into all areas of life, including work, finances, health, spiritual, relationships, education, and recreation. You acknowledge that deciding how to handle these issues and implement your choices is exclusively your responsibility.
You recognise that coaching is not psychotherapy, medical advice, or psychiatric care.
You understand that coaching does not treat mental disorders as defined by the American Psychiatric Association, and is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, or substance abuse treatment. You agree to not use it in place of any form of therapy.

If you are under the care of a mental health professional, you agree to consult with this person regarding the advisability of working with a life coach and that this person is aware of your decision to proceed with the life coaching relationship.
You understand that counselling and life coaching are not to be used in lieu of professional advise. You agree to seek professional guidance for legal, medical, financial, business, spiritual, or other matters, and accept that all decisions and actions in these areas are exclusively your responsibility.

GDPR Compliance - Information held about you is confidential and kept securely except as required by law. Certain topics may be anonymously shared in professional supervision for training or consultation purposes.
