BEFORE BOOKING
**Permanent Makeup Clients**, review the Prep Instructions.
- If any of the medical conditions listed apply to you, please email anewleafink@gmail.com or schedule a free Consultation to determine if you are a suitable candidate.
- If you have old Permanent Makeup done by another Artist, you are considered a "New Client". Before booking you MUST email well-lit photos of your bare eyes and/or lips to anewleafink@gmail.com to determine if your old work can be covered/corrected/refreshed.
**Tattoo Clients**, be prepared to attach a photo of your design.
Flash Tattoos
“Flash” refers to designs pre-drawn by me and are available for immediate booking. To view my flash, visit my Instagram page and see the “Flash” highlight. Some flash pieces have minimum size restrictions, which will be stated on the image. At times, there may be no flash options available.
- To book flash: click the button below, select the size of your piece, and follow the remaining booking prompts (please attach a screenshot of the flash piece you are booking).
Custom Tattoos
“Custom” refers to any design that you're requesting I create for you.
- To book custom: click here to fill out a Custom Tattoo Request Form. You will be prompted to provide additional information about your design, such as size, description, and reference imagery
- Please note: I do not currently tattoo necks, ears or ribs and am only providing basic fine line with minimal shading. There is a $30 custom design fee for small basic tattoos and a $50 design feel for larger more detailed pieces.
**Please do not proceed with booking if you have not filled out the custom request form, or are not booking a flash design.
AFTER BOOKING
**Permanent Makeup clients**, please return to this page and pre-book your 6-10 Week touch-up (new clients only).
**Piercing clients**, please be sure to read the confirmation email for important information about required documents for minors.
