Welcome to The Basement Studio's Online booking system.
1. All bookings to be made at least 12 hours in advance.
2. Do take note that all bookings are now self checked in.
3. All bookings can only be made online.
4. To book for a time slot , click on the start time of your booking eg. if booking is for 7-9pm , click 7pm and click continue to complete the booking instructions.
5. Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been made. Payments can only be paid through this platform.
Do take note that the Passcode will only be sent to you 15 mins before your booking.
6. If your booking starts at 7 pm , then you can only enter 5 mins prior. Thank you for your kind understanding.
