What is your minimum booking fee? £50

What areas do you cover? We operate in all areas of London.

Do you cover out of London? No, not at this present moment.

Are there any additional cost? Should parking at your location cost more than £7 per hour we will charge you for parking. Unless you have free street parking at your location or visitors’ vouchers.

Could I amend my booking or reschedule? Yes, of course, you can we require 48 hours notice to reschedule your appointment.

What is your cancellation policy? You will be charged 100% of the treatment price if you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice. If you cancel your appointment before 48 hours then we will issue you a 100% refund. Please note: we will not waiver our cancellation and rescheduling policy under any circumstances.
