Single Hypnosis Sessions are for those needing just one session at a time to help with a variety of issues. For example, test anxiety, pubic speaking anxiety, sports performance, and more.

Sessions purchased in a "package" are more economical. For example, a single session is $195.00. A package of 4 sessions is $625. That's a 20% savings!

How do you know how many sessions to purchase? Schedule a FREE consultation with me. Once I know more about your situation I can make a recommendation.

Purchasing a package of 4 sessions is often the best option for the following reasons.

1- Many situations require more than 1 session. For example, weight loss. I've had very few clients over the years who only needed 1 or 2 sessions for weight loss. Depending on your situation, you may need several sessions to accomplish your goals.

2-You can save 20 % by paying for four sessions at the same time.

I offer both Single Smoking Sessions and Smoking Sessions with 2 follow ups. If you are unsure which is best for you, please schedule a consultation with me ahead of time, or go ahead and schedule the Smoking Session with 2 follows ups and we can change that if you change your mind at the time of your appointment with me.

I recommend the Smoking Session with the 2 follow ups over the Single Session, but many of my clients have successfully quit smoking with just the Single Session. Let's talk about it!

This option includes everything you get with the Single Session options along with 2 follow ups.

The 1st follow up is scheduled for 2 weeks after your initial session. Depending on your progress, we will either make another, more aggressive, hypnosis recording or I will teach you how to do EFT to eliminate any residual cravings.

The 2nd follow up is 2-4 weeks later depending on your progress. I will evaluate your progress and either do another hypnosis recording, or teach you to do self-hypnosis.
