During the session, we will focus on achieving general wellness or do more targeted work to address an issue (or several)  that you want to overcome.

Using The Body Code System, which includes the Emotion Code, will help us work together to create balance for you. Every session is unique, depending on what imbalances your body wants to release in order to achieve your goal.

​For those who prefer a session 25 minutes in length.                                                      We will be more focused and work on one or two issues.
