VERY IMPORTANT INFO :

•A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required 30 minutes after booking . FAILURE to send deposit then your appointment will be canceled!

• No call no show : as much as I wanted to see you , this is unacceptable. After one no show you will not be allowed to book again. (Your deposit is still non refundable)

POLICIES:

1. IF YOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT OR DO A NO SHOW, DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, unless I cancel for an emergency on my end.

2. Please text me when you are here and wait in the car until notified to come in.

3. Mask are mandatory.

4. If you have any covid 19 related symptoms , please reschedule.

5. I do not work over other lash tech's work.

6. Please do not have any makeup such as mascara or eyeshadow on when coming to your appointment.

7. Refills are highly suggested every 2 to 3 weeks.

8. When booking a full set, it takes about 2 hours max , remember I'm working on every single one of your lashes.

CANCELLATIONS: PLEASE READ

*YOU MUST CONFIRM WITH ME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. I WILL SEND YOU A TEXT MESSAGE TO THE PROVIDED NUMBER. IF YOU DO NOT CONFIRM BY 10pm YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED.

*FAILURE TO SEND DEPOSIT within the time frame , appointment will be canceled.
*If you are 6 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.
*After 1 no show, you will not be allowed to book again.
*I urge you to cancel at least 2 to 3 days before your appointment. (If needed)
A $15 cancellation fee will be placed if you decide to cancel 24 hours before appointment; Failure to do so can cause blocked from future booking or an additional booking fee (not part of total).

How will my lashes last ?

don’t sleep on your face
brush lashes daily
don't wet lashes for 24hours
keep them clean/ wash with lash shampoo
if you wear oils they can remove the lashes, so please no oils
avoid any heat ! Steamy showers , or if your a smoker the lashes will fall out faster

Before coming to your appointment!

• No cellphone use

• No caffeine, it causes your eyes to shake

• Use the restroom beforehand

• No chewing gum

• no low buns or very high buns

•no heavy makeup
