Welcome! #PRSPACES is glad to welcome you to our ever growing span of spaces where content creators can shoot, film, and record. We produce dream spaces for social media influencers, brand ambassadors, Youtubers, bloggers, photographers, podcasters and cinematographers.
Each room and floor provides a different feel that can be arranged to custom fit the content that you need to capture.
In booking with us, you acknowledge that you understand and commit to comply with the rules of each space.
No smoking. Outside catering is allowed with prior consent.
Pets allowed in the space upon approval only. Please do not stand on the furniture.
Furniture can not be rearranged. If not complied, a $50 fee to rearrange the furniture back will be added to your card on file.
Any damage or stains will be charged to the booking.
All children must be supervised and accompanied by an adult. They can not be left unattended.
Please refrain from going over your booked time slot. All parties must be out of the space by the end of the booked time, unless pre-approved for an extension by host. There is a mandatory $60 pet cleaning fee for all pets approved to be in the space.
