New clients MUST schedule a 15-minute consultation BEFORE scheduling a grooming appointment.
**If you have not been to the Grooming Extraordinaire Studio in the past 6 months, you are considered a NEW client. If you have never been to the Studio before, you are considered a NEW client.
The consultation is to ensure that your pet’s coat is in good condition. As we DO NOT service dogs that are matted, aggressive, currently having any severe medical issues or health issues. DO NOT BOOK if your dog has any of the mentioned issues above. You will be fully charged for the appointment if you knowingly book an appointment for you dog in poor condition.
All returning clients are required to re-book their next grooming appointment during check out. Every 4-6 weeks maximum. Re-booking grooming sessions are necessary to upkeep routine maintenance.
II. DEPOSITS + PRICING:
Depending on the desired service, each deposit is a different amount.
ALL deposits are non-refundable.
Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service(s). All deposits will be taken with your card information when you book through this site.
When booking, pricing will vary depending on your pet’s size SMALL (S) and MEDIUM (M). Please read the FULL description under each service to view the different price points.
Breeds accepted in the salon must be 20 pounds and under. The stylist does have the right to change your breeds size if it was marked incorrectly during booking. Select correctly or there will be a nonnegotiable $15 upgrade fee.
Always include ALL the desired 'Add On' services at your time of booking - IF and ONLY IF they are NOT already included in a package. Add ons cannot be made upon arrival. If your pet has extra tangles, not matting, you must select ‘extra detangling’ add-on package before check out. Please take your time to book:
this includes reading what the packages include, adding on EVERY service that is required (ie. breed size small (S) and medium (M) ) AND the services you want. Again breeds under 20 pounds, no matted dogs, severe health or behavior issues.
If my assistance is needed to make adjustments to appointments due to the lack of interest in reading the full policy or service details , a $20 inconvenience fee will be added to your balance, this fee is non refundable and non - negotiable.
1) NO EXTRA GUEST OR CHILDREN.
2) If your dog is matted, has excessive tangles throughout the coat, skin issues, severe allergies or inflammation, aggression, severe anxiety please see your vet with a groomer on staff to service your pet. Or a groomer that is comfortable with taking you pet in their condition. DO NOT BOOK UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
3) When booking a color session please understand that the color is PERMANENT. The color may last up to 3 to 4 months or until the hair has grown out.
3) Please walk your dogs before their appointment. There is an allotted amount of time for each appointment. Which is why it is important to relieve your dog before having them groomed. If for any reason your dog has multiple accidents on the table you will be charged a non refundable “re-washing” fee of $30.
5.) Pet parents will receive a call or text an hour before pick up. It is your responsibility to pick your pet up on time. Please understand that this is a crate-free environment and all clients are done privately. There will be a $30 late fee for any pick-ups after the one-hour time window. Please be sure to book your appointment on a day that there is guaranteed transportation to and from the studio.
IV. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, &TARDINESS
Please be on time - however do not arrive more than 5 mins prior to your appt time. Early arrivals will not be seen until their scheduled time.
In the event that you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please try your best to give us a 48 hour notice. Cancellations that occur under 48 hours will be charged 50% of the remaining balance. Cancellations that occur within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 75% of the remaining balance. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the remaining balance. This fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable.
No call no shows will be removed from the clientele list, and will be charged 100% of the remaining balance. This fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable.
When rescheduling an appt, you are allowed up to one deposit transfer. Your desired rescheduled date must bewithin the same month or 2 weeks of your original appt. date. If your desired reschedule date does not fall into that same month or 2 weeks after the original appt., the deposit transfer will not apply to your appt. You will then have to secure your new appointment with a new deposit. Ashley Ann strives to service all of her clients in a timely fashion, therefore if you are running late - please give us at least an HOUR notice. We will always try our best to accommodate you.
There is a 10 min grace period. After 10 mins a non-negotiable late fee of $20 will be added to your balance. After 15 mins, your appointment will have to be canceled, rescheduled, or the service(s) will be altered. This decision will be up to the stylist.
