Booking Policies
- When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies.
- All appointments are scheduled through our online booking system, available appointments are updated in real-time. Our online booking will only show what is currently available with current staff.
- All Cancellation must be performed online.
- Deposit and Cancellation Policy . We require 24 hour (48 hour for Couples, spa packages, group) notice for cancellations .Failure to cancel within this time frame will result in a charge of the total amount for the scheduled total.
- Deposits -Deposits will be applied toward the services on the day of your appointments. Deposit of 50% of the total service is required for any massage and spa package or multiple appointments.
- All spa packages or services with multiple therapists require 48 hours notice for cancellation. No refunds are given on cancellations with less than 48 hours notice.
- Non-Refundable
- Cancellation fees are in effect to ensure that our therapists are compensated for their time.

- To protect against Fraud, we require you to show the credit card with ID used to book & pay for your services at time of check in.
- You agree to let us charge your credit card if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled in less than the notice required by this Cancellation Policy.

- Each package requires at least 2 of our trained technicians to complete. We will contact you if we do not have two therapists available at the same time .
