The total cost of a single visit vasectomy procedure is $985. A $150 scheduling fee is required to schedule your appointment and the remaining $835 will be due day of service.

You cannot use CareCredit to pay the scheduling fee. You must use a credit card.

You are scheduling a free training vasectomy. You will have to pay a $500 deposit to schedule this appointment.

When you arrive for your vasectomy you will be refunded your $500 deposit within 72 hours. If you do not show up or cancel within 7 days you will forfeit your $500 deposit.

It is important you honor your appointment because the trainee doctor is heavily dependent on your arrival to perfect their vasectomy technique.
