Melding Massage and Movement is Nik's specialty. These hybrid sessions will include 60-75 minute massage plus 45-60 minutes of mindful movement, stretching and strengthening to support you in cultivating a deeper awareness of your body.

Every 4th Tuesday of the month I offer 90 min sessions for $100 to the gender expansive community (Trans/Non-Binary/Gender Nonconforming). Receiving touch can be nourishing, relaxing, restorative and it can also be traumatizing, disembodying or feel impossible to receive. I strive to create a trans affirming practice where you and I can trailer each session to your specific needs.
*If you can afford to pay my full rate, I ask that you do, in order to allow access for those who cannot.
