[HOW TO BOOK]
1. Please read through the information below.

3. Proceed to making the deposit.
4. Confirmation email will be sent with additional information regarding your appointment.
[QUALIFICATIONS]
* Age requirements: At least 18 years old.
* Must not have any transmittable blood related conditions or diseases such as Hepatitis or HIV/AIDS.
* Must not be pregnant or nursing.
* Must not have any skin allergies to pigments or make up.
* Must not have glaucoma and/or taking blood thinning medicines.
* Must not have skin concerns such as eczema, psoriasis or keloids in treatment area.
* Must not have active skin cancer.
* Must not have experience with post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation.
* Must not have undiagnosed rashes or blisters in brow or lip area.
* Must not be someone who is under or scheduled for radiotherapy or chemotherapy.
* Must not be someone who is epileptic who has experienced faint spell or seizure.
* If you are diabetic, please have a doctors note with medication + controlled diet.
* If you received botox 3 months before.
* LIPBLUSH SPECIFIC:
* Exfoliate & moisturize lips 1 week prior to service.
* If prone to cold sores, please get medication from your doctors 3 days prior.
* TOUCH UP SERVICE SPECIFIC:
* Touch up service are for existing clients only. Any new client that books touch up service will have their appointment canceled.
* CORRECTION SERVICE SPECIFIC:
* Client must send photo of previous work prior to booking appointment. Any client that books correction service without sending photo of previous work will have their appointment canceled.

**NO SHOWS OR LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF DEPOSIT, AND WILL ALSO RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL 50% OF SERVICE CHARGE - NO EXCEPTIONS**
* BOOKING FEE: A NON-REFUNDABLE $100 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. The booking fee is accounted towards your final total due in CASH on your appointment day. If you cancel your appointment for any reason, it will result in forfeiture of your booking fee. No exceptions, no excuses. Please consult with me prior to booking if you have previous work to result in forfeiture of your booking fee. Booking fee is non-transferable.
* CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations will result in forfeiture of your deposit, NO EXCEPTIONS. Rescheduling is always an option, however my new current price will apply. Any client that cancels the same appointment twice or more will result in being banned from booking any appointments in the future.
* PAYMENT: Your remaining balance will be due in CASH.
* RESCHEDULING: If you need to reschedule your appointment, please email me at inkscode@gmail.com with 3 days notice if possible. You are given 48 hours to reschedule to a new date. If you reschedule in less than 48 hours, that will result in forfeiture of your deposit. You are allowed to reschedule only once, anymore will result in another deposit regardless if it is within 48 hours or not, NO EXCEPTIONS. You may have to wait until my next availability. Please check my availability beforehand.
* NO SHOWS: You will automatically be charged 50% of the service if you do not show up for your appointment. No exceptions, no excuses. You will no longer be able to make a new appointment with me.
* PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME: Please be courteous of others and be on time for your scheduled appointment. I understand unforeseen circumstances can happen, however it is important to allow enough time to properly perform each service. No need to arrive early since appointments are back to back.
* PREGNANCY POLICY: The deposit can be transferred over to a new date after birth, however prices are subject to change and will be reflected when client decides to reschedule.
* LATE POLICY: Due to our tightly packed schedule, I ask that you arrive on time. If you arrive to your appointment more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a "no show" and result in forfeiture of your booking fee.
* PHOTOS & VIDEOS: Photos/Videos will be taken before and after as required by my insurance and may be posted on my social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Website, etc for marketing/advertising purposes.
* NO GUESTS: No children, pets, or additional guests are allowed in the studio due to hazardous materials and cross contamination.
* NO REFUNDS: We do our best to ensure complete satisfaction of service. If you are unhappy for any reason, we can talk about options available.
ANY PREVIOUS WORK FOR BROWS, LIPS OR EYELINER
If you have any previous work done by another artist, please email me photos before booking to ensure that I am able to cover up or correct your old tattoo. In most cases, not all old tattoos are fixable.

IF YOU BOOK AN APPT WITHOUT SENDING PHOTOS FOR APPROVAL, YOUR APPT WILL BE CANCELLED AND THE DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. IF YOU SEND PHOTOS AFTER BOOKING AND I CANNOT CORRECT/COVER UP, YOUR DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED.
