If you are a regular weekly lesson student, we highly recommend purchasing a Monthly Lesson Package Subscription (find them by clicking "View Products/Packages), which is packages of 4 or 8 lessons that are automatically purchased every month. We also sell packages of lessons that are one-time payments. If you'd like your child to ride in more lessons per month or in multiple different types of groups, you can just purchase/subscribe to multiple packages each month! Once you purchase a package, you will receive a code which you can then redeem to reserve your desired lesson spots.
This makes it EASY to pay for your lessons - you won't need to worry about paying every week, because you will be automatically billed via credit card until cancelled. If subscription lessons are not used within the month they are purchased, they will roll over into the next month until they are used.
If lessons, classes, or events or events are cancelled from our end for any reason (weather, conflicting events, etc.) any pre-payment can be applied toward an alternative lesson time. We won't charge you for a lesson that is cancelled on our end!
Lessons, classes, or events cannot be cancelled by clients less than 24 hours ahead of time. If you cannot attend on short notice, that lesson will be counted as a "No Show" and it will still count toward your subscription, package, or payment method.
The best way to guarantee your lesson spot is to book ahead as far out as possible. Due to our new online scheduling system, if you don't plan ahead you may lose your lesson spot. You can see how many spots are left in each lesson when you are scheduling them.
To easily book the same lesson for multiple weeks in a row, be sure to click "Recurring."
