Care centre appointments
At Ryman villages, we follow strict COVID safety protocols to help keep our residents, team members, and visitors safe. To make it easier for you to visit one of our care centres, you can make an online appointment to visit residents living in our village care centres.
Points to note:
• Visitors, including children, must be fully vaccinated (two doses)
• Visitors will undergo a rapid antigen test upon arrival. Results take around 15 minutes so please give yourself enough time before your appointment
• Visitors must wear an N95 mask and face shield at all times in the care centre, and are asked not to eat or drink during the visit
• Appointments are limited to 60 minutes per visit
• Visits are limited to groups of five people per resident per day
• Visits must take place in the resident’s room or outdoors away from other residents
• Exceptions to guidelines for visitors will be considered on compassionate grounds for residents receiving end-of-life care
Upon arrival, please make your way to reception and scan the QR code on the Service Victoria app. Present your vaccination pass. You will be asked to complete a Covid-19 health declaration, which includes a temperature check and some questions to assist with risk assessment and contact tracing.
Our aim is to provide a visiting schedule that offers flexibility for family and friends to visit. If you have any concerns or requests, please contact the village and speak to one of our team members.
