Cancellation Disclosure

We want you to have a great experience at Haus of Drip Spa & Wellness. We can only give you that experience if you show up for your scheduled appointment!

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online at your convenience by following the link on the email you received, or please call us at 804-599-3747.

Please understand that a no-call/no-show takes an appointment away from someone who really wanted to come in and enjoy the exceptional care that goes into a visit at Haus of Drip Spa & Wellness!

Appointment Cancellation Policy

Deposits are nonrefundable, nontransferable. You may cancel your appointment with a 24-hour notice and deposit credit will be held for 60 days. Failure to cancel your appointment within 24 hours will result in a $50 fee and loss of deposit.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 3 times as long as you give 24 hours’ notice. Failure to reschedule within the 24-hour mark with result in forfeiting your deposit and you will be charged the $50 fee to the card on file. If the card declines you will not be able to rebook with us until that fee is fully paid. Reschedule and cancellation requests cannot be made via social media handles. Communication must occur via telephone or email.
