We are so excited to be a part of your wellness journey! We hope that you feel like you are family when you come to visit us.

For your first visit, please be sure that you have filled out (and hopefully returned to us) your PHA Agreement and all other intake forms so that you are established as a client of record. You can bring these with you to your appointment. If you come at least 5 minutes early for your scheduled appointment, be sure to ask for a complimentary AromaTouch hand technique while you are waiting.

In case you didn't know, Dr. Ree takes online clients from all over the US for naturopathic consultations and Zyto Balance Scans. Everything else is done in person at the clinic by Dr. Ree or one of our other caring professionals. When scheduling, be sure to check out our "add on" services to maximize your visit!

Scheduling Policy

* A credit card must be submitted in order to schedule an appointment.

* 50% of your total for services will be charged to your credit card for a same day cancellation or within 24 hours.

* 100% of the service will be charged to your card for “no call/no show”

In some cases there may be a first-time grace. Why? Because it can happen to any of us. However, after the first time, 50% may be required up front. If it is a no call/ no show, there is no first time grace (everyone can reach out and call) and moving forward, any other appointments must be 100% paid up front. If you don't show, we are missing opportunities to serve others. Thank you for understanding.
