All new clients must:

a) Sign the waiver form at the link below before their appointment. A copy of your form will be sent to your email address.

b) Book a patch test at least 24 hours before your eyelashes appointment. This only takes five minutes in our salon and you can also book a time below. The patch test is where we will apply a small amount of glue to your skin to check if you have any adverse reactions.
