If you're interested in breast/chestfeeding your little one, this visit includes working together to build feeding plans and goals before they arrive! This also includes a discussion of your medical history and a physical assessment to determine any potential challenges that could occur during the journey

You will walk away from this visit with:
-A personal feeding plan
-Pumping education (if applicable)

Do you have questions/concerns about your baby/your feeling goals? Do you feel pretty secure in your expectations for this journey, but want affirmation?

This virtual visitation is for that! You get all of your feeding questions answered. This is helpful for sudden/emergent situations related to breast care (e.g. nipple pain, plans to wean), other feeding options (formula/bottles) and accommodating lifestyle factors (e.g. returning to work)

1 hr visit includes:
-A formal care plan
-Follow-up

Baby is here and you need some guidance with feeding! Or maybe you just need some assistance managing breast changes through the journey? Do you want to discuss lifestyle habits that you want to remove or bring into this experience? Where is your mental health?

All these things are valid. This visit is key to re-establishing your own expectations and goals so we can work together to make it happen.
