The Wax Clinic
BEFORE SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
If you're more than 10 minutes late, your appointment can either be cancelled and deposit forfeited OR the waxologist will accommodate you IF POSSIBLE and a late fee of $1,000 will be charged.
- Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long in order to be waxed.
- Loose clothing should be worn to and after your wax appointment
- Make sure to take a low dose pain reliever 30 minutes before your treatment
- Numbing is offered at an additional cost
- Refrain from drinking alcohol or any form of caffeine 24 hrs before your appointment
- Please exfoliate using a mild exfoliant a day before your wax appointment
- Continue exfoliating 2 days after your wax appointment at least 2-3 times per week
- No gym or intercourse until 24 hrs after Brazilian treatment.
- Do not apply lotion, oils or deodorant to the area to be treated.
- Relax! You’ll be in good hands!
Scheduling Etiquette
- A 50% deposit is required for all NEW CLIENTS. The balance is paid after the service is completed.
- Recurring clients are NOT required to pay a deposit. Payment can be paid in full after service is completed.
- If a recurring client decides to reschedule their appointment, a deposit will be required.
- Appointments can only be rescheduled ONCE before deposit is forfeited.
- For clients who would like to make payment online, please do so two days in advance to allow enough time for processing.
- ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
- No show without communication will automatically be barred from booking with us in the future.
- Same day rescheduling and no-show without communication will result in deposit being forfeited.
First Time Clients
- All first time clients especially first time waxers are required to select the steaming option as an add on only for the FIRST session.
Confirmations:
- Our methods of communication are WhatsApp, Instagram or Email. We will respond to you promptly.
- Appointments will be confirmed by email as soon as you're scheduled and a reminder will be sent via WhatsApp, DM, or email the day before your appointment.
- Please send your deposits receipt via WhatsApp
- If something beyond our control (weather, sick day etc) requires us to cancel or reschedule, we will give as much notice as possible and your deposit will be refunded if necessary.
