Town Studio
TOWN STUDIO is a SELF SERVICE STUDIO
-Renters are responsible for setting up and breaking down equipment and putting it back in its place.
-Studio is under surveillance for security, insurance and dispute purposes. We only review recordings for conflicts and incidents. All recordings are automatically deleted after 14 days.
- Studio Size : 720 Sq Ft
CANCELLATION POLICY / FEES
-Guests may cancel their booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund of their booking price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the session start time are not refundable.
-Cleaning fee of $150 is charged if studio is left in disarray or untidy. Refer to welcome message for photos. Please give yourself enough time to tidy up as it should be done within your booked session.
-Overtime fee $90.00 x hr.
*Guests are asked to be prompt with their appointments and leave at the set time, if guest are still present in studio 15 minutes 1/2 overtime fee will be charged, 30 minutes overtime will be charged full $90.*
