YIN & PIN includes 10 sessions that you can mix and match between acupuncture & reflexology if you wish. The initial consultation is 90 minutes long and following 9 sessions are 60 minutes. Designed for weekly sessions to be taken over a maximum of 12 weeks.

NOURISH Fertility method is for you if:

You have previously had unsuccessful IVF cycles or suffered recurrent miscarriages
You have been told you have 'Unexplained Infertility'
You have been diagnosed with PCOS, Endometriosis, immunology issues (such as NK cells), or you suspect you have something that is undiagnosed.

NOURISH includes:

▫️An initial consultation of 90 minutes to discuss your clinical history in detail. This initial consultation includes an acupuncture treatment.
▫️A bespoke follow up email plan unique to you - this may include recommendations for hormone testing, ultrasound, referrals to specialists if necessary. Ultimately we are committed to helping you get to the root cause of your fertility issues.
▫️6 x 1 hour sessions of acupuncture, reflexology or you can mix and match both!
▫️3 x 1 hour sessions (either online or in person) to discuss nutrition, supplements, test results & support you
▫️2 x 30 minute zoom calls at any point to offer coaching & support

The plan is designed to cover a 14 week period and therefore all sessions should be completed within this timeframe however discretion will be used when appropriate ie: waiting on test results/illness etc.

Together we will help you achieve a happy, healthy pregnancy!

Our NOURISH Fertility Method as above but with the option of paying in two instalments of £470. The first instalment is payable upon purchase with the second instalment of £470 due 4 weeks later.

NOURISH IVF Method is for you IF you are about to start IVF imminently (If you have a few months before you start our YIN & PIN Fertility is the one for you)

NOURISH IVF Method includes:

▫️Initial appointment of 90 minutes which includes either an acupuncture or reflexology treatment
▫️4 x 60 minute sessions of acupuncture, reflexology or you can mix and match both (to be taken at specific times around the treatment cycle which we will advise at initial consultation but normally: during the stimulation stage, post egg collection, post embryo transfer & during the 2 week wait)
▫️Audio guided relaxation for post embryo transfer

Mumma & Baby NEST plan is designed for mums to be in the later stages of pregnancy. We want to help you avoid an induction if possible, perhaps turn a breech baby and generally get you ready for the birth that you have planned.

Suitable for mums to be from around 34 weeks pregnancy, NEST includes:

▫️An initial consultation of 90 minutes that includes an acupuncture or reflexology treatment
▫️3 x 60 minute sessions of acupuncture, reflexology or you can mix and match both (all sessions to be taken within a 6 week period and if you give birth before taking all of them you can use them post birth!)
▫️1 x 60 minute pregnancy massage
▫️An audio guided relaxation designed to help calm the nervous system
