Hi Gorgeous! Thank you for your interest in booking an appointment with Chloe Grace. I am so excited to meet you and share my tips to help you discover even more of the beauty that already exists within you. Please be advised that all makeup appointments are travel-only and the final pricing is based upon your location.
Before booking one-on-one lessons, please be aware of a few policies:
- Each individual is different, which is what makes us beautiful. Even though we will be conducting an in depth one on one lesson, your results will likely not be identical to mine, as it has taken years of professional training and experience to establish my level of skill. If you need additional time to learn outside of that which is included, you will be able to purchase an additional discounted lesson or "add on" more time (if it is available) for an additional fee.
- Each 1 on 1 lesson includes the curation of a custom list of products suited for your individual needs which will be sent within 48 hours of the booking being processed. In order to have an effective lesson, the intake form must be filled out in detail to ensure proper product advisement. Since each lesson will be conducted with the student using the products from the list (unless otherwise discussed via email), all products must be purchased in time for the lesson. For this reason, it is suggested that bookings are made 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure adequate time for obtaining products. If you do not wish to purchase any products and complete the lesson using the products you already have, you can select any booking date you please and email cgbeautystudio@gmail.com to confirm.
- All payments including deposits are Non-Refundable. Once the product list is sent, you are no longer eligible for a refund of any kind. If appointments need to be changed, you must email cgbeautystudio@gmail.com 24 hours in advance, unless it is a dire emergency, then which date changes can be made last minute.
- At NO point DURING or AFTER the lesson are you allowed to record, photograph, or repost any of the content or advice shared, as it is the private, intellectual property of Chloe Grace. If any details regarding the lesson are found to be shared via social media or otherwise without the prior consent of Chloe Grace, you are subject to provide compensation for the breeched confidentiality of the protected information and must remove it immediately upon the request of Chloe Grace or any representatives.
- Lastly, be kind to yourself and remain patient. "It's just makeup!" Have fun and learn how to accentuate the beauty you already have.
