SERVICE AREA & PARKING POLICY:

I offer in-home sessions on the north side of the city of Chicago, IL. If you are a new client that lives outside of this area, please message me directly before booking to confirm if I can accommodate your appointment request; if so, a travel fee will apply.

If paid parking needs to be utilized, the cost will be added to your session fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

I kindly request 24 hours notice for any cancellations, with the exception of your pet becoming unwell or facing a medical emergency the day of your session. Same-day cancellations are subject to a charge of the scheduled session fee.
