BOOKING FEE

All booking fees are nonrefundable. It's the client's responsibility to read all policies and disqualifications. A booking fee is require to reserve date for all brow & other services. Booking fee will be applied towards the total cost and remaining will be due when you come in. No booking fee = No appointment.

LATE POLICY

Please note there's a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. Anything past 10 minutes there will be an additional $15 Charge.

Anything past 15+ mins I will need to reschedule you with a new booking fee.

APPOINTMENT RESCHEDULES

Reschedules must be done 48 hours before appointment date for all brow & other services.

Any reschedules after 48 hours will result in loss of fee and a new fee will be required for a new date. Please note you can only reschedule once with the same deposit.

No shows will result in loss of booking fee

DISQUALIFICATIONS

(ONLY APPLIES FOR BROW TATTOO PROCEDURES)
You are NOT a good candidate and you may NOT book an appointment if:

• you are under 18 years old


• you are pregnant or breastfeeding


• you are prone to keloid scarring


• you are epileptic or experience fainting ( doctor note required)


• you have transmissible diseases (HIV, hepatitis, etc.)


• you have cancer or are actively receiving chemotherapy or radiation therapy


• you have Botox/fillers (must be done 4 weeks prior to appointment)


• you have eczema, psoriasis, rash, or sunburn on or around the eyebrow area


• you are on blood thinning medications


• you have diabetes or heart disorders


• you have allergies to pigment, makeup, or numbing agents (lidocaine, epinephrine)


• you are on prescription Accutane

Had botox done within the last two weeks prior to your appointment

We offer private 1:1 training for ombre powder + color correction. A booking fee is required to reserve dates and time. Please contact us for additional information.
