If you're new to Pilates, you're welcome to try any class- Barre, Mat or Reformer. To make the most of your classes, booking a "NEW to Pilates" session to go over the foundations of Pilates will definitely enhance your experience!
Dealing with an injury or chronic imbalance? Try booking a Pilates custom assessment. As a massage therapist, I will use muscle testing techniques and massage, then restore balance with customized exercises to challenge and realign your body.
If you're interested to work with the Reformer, try one-on-one SOLO training or get a friend to join your for a DUO date! Otherwise the small group pre-booked Reformer classes are a great way to go.
Before booking, have a look at the Packages. There are several options for discounted class sessions and packaged private training.
The studio currently takes payment in cash, cheque, etransfer, or credit card through Square. We are open to barter offers!!
