What to bring with you to your pet support service appointment:
1. Your pet
2. A driver's license or other government-issued ID
3. Your pet's up-to-date veterinary records
4. $10 Fee

Please understand that placing your pet in a shelter will be stressful and difficult for them and should be the last resort. At the time of your appointment, we will discuss alternatives to relinquishment and review the options available for your pet.

Appointments to drop off a stray animal last approximately 30-45 minutes. During the appointment, staff will gather demographic information (location found, behavior noticed, medical concerns, etc. ) about the animal in an attempt to locate the owner. If you are not here within 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment, it will be cancelled.

These appointments are only for patrons who have adopted a pet from The Animal Foundation within the last 30 days. If your adoption has been more than 30 days from your appointment date, please select an “Owner Surrender” appointment. If you are not here within 30 minutes of your appointment it will be cancelled.
